Harry Kane Considering Surprise EPL Return

Harry Kane is reportedly weighing up a return to the English Premier League (EPL), with Liverpool emerging as a surprise potential destination.

In 2023, the 31-year-old English striker left Tottenham Hotspur for Bayern Munich in search of silverware and has been in prolific form, scoring 76 goals in 82 appearances for the German club.

Despite his success in Germany, multiple reports suggest that Kane is keen to finish his career in England. A key motivator could be his pursuit of Alan Shearer’s all-time EPL goal record, with Kane currently 47 shy of the glorious achievement.

Liverpool have been linked with the England captain as they look to strengthen their attack this summer. However, the Reds are reportedly prioritising younger forwards, raising doubts about whether they would make a move for Kane.

The potential departures of Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz could influence the club’s decision, while Mohamed Salah’s contract situation remains uncertain.
